OX is based in Newcastle, NSW, with clients across Sydney and throughout Australia. Meetings can be arranged in person in Newcastle or Sydney, or via video call for clients elsewhere.
Do you work with clients outside Newcastle and Sydney?
Yes - the majority of OX's work is delivered remotely. Clients are based across Australia and communication happens via email, video call and shared project management tools.
What's a typical project size or budget?
OX works with organisations of all sizes. What matters is the commitment to doing it properly - not the scale of the budget. Enquiries are welcome from growing businesses and large institutions alike.
How long does a typical project take?
Timelines vary significantly by scope. A straightforward WordPress build typically runs 6–10 weeks from brief to launch. Complex platforms or migrations may take longer. Every project is scoped individually.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
Yes - all project work includes a 30-day code warranty. Ongoing support is available through annual maintenance retainers covering updates, monitoring and minor development work.
